Miyamoto’s aviation planning and design team aspires to build, maintain and rehabilitate buildings and other facilities to provide enhanced earthquake safety and resilience. Through collaboration with our clients, we are able to develop specific programs for the abatement of seismic hazards and improvements.
With experience on hundreds of seismic assessments and retrofit projects, we bring a unique ability to work on airports, terminals, hangars and aviation related facilities with cost efficient solutions that are constructable with minimal disruption. Miyamoto achieves our clients’ needs by providing the necessary interdisciplinary experience and expertise in seismic analysis and design, aviation strategic planning, construction budgeting, disruption planning, capital finance planning and construction phasing.
