Project Description:
152 and 90,7 m long, 11 and 5 m wide, precast I-beam girder viaducts
In order to protect the people’s lives and property as well as the functions of the City of Istanbul as both the country’s economic center and the “bridge” between the West and the East, approach viaducts of the New Golden Horn Bridge have as much importance as the other large scale bridges. For this reason, these viaducts are retrofitted as the others and are not expected to be out of service in case of a major earthquake.
