Washington Family Ranch Expansion
Miyamoto International provided comprehensive design services and calculations through construction administration for this resort-style facility. The project includes four staff houses totaling 9,000 sf., a 400-seat stage and lounge auditorium, a 22,000 sf. dining hall and kitchen with exposed long-span heavy timber trusses, two story guest cabins covering 47,000 sf. and a mechanical and reception building. The recreational location consists of waterslides, pools, assorted water activity areas and a 32,000 sf. skate park, basketball court, rope gym, climbing wall and recreational center facility.
