Structural Assessment for Unified Port of San Diego

A portfolio Probable Maximum Loss assessment was performed for the Port including engineering evaluations of the top 14 Port properties comprising over 80% of the Port’s portfolio value. Properties included cruise ship terminals and the supporting piers and wharves, oil and fuel transport depots for ship and aircraft, administration buildings and warehouse. Liquefaction and other soil stability problems in the harbor were addressed.
