Miyamoto International has promoted Josh Reynolds, S.E., and Mark Broughton, P.E., to Senior Principal, recognizing two leaders whose work has strengthened the firm’s U.S. operations and global disaster risk management practice.
Leadership for U.S. operations and global risk management
Reynolds has helped build Miyamoto’s Northern California presence from its early San Jose office into a strong regional group. His work combines project execution, client relationships, and operational leadership. In his expanded role, he will help lead the U.S. Operations Group alongside Jeff.
Broughton has led complex international and disaster recovery projects since joining Miyamoto’s Haiti response work in 2010. He is known for taking on difficult projects, stabilizing delivery, and building trust with clients in demanding environments. His recent work includes major wins in Puerto Rico, with additional project leadership across Indonesia, Ukraine, and the Marshall Islands. In his expanded role, he will help lead the Global Disaster Risk Management Group alongside Sabine and Elizabeth.
These promotions reflect Miyamoto’s continued investment in leaders who combine technical judgment, field experience, and practical execution across complex regions and project types.
