The $125 million design-build project encompasses:
- Construction of a new four-story, 85,000-square-foot facility
- Renovation of the existing 35,000-square-foot Building 200

Miyamoto’s structural design features buckling-restrained braced frames for superior lateral resistance, ensuring both safety and flexibility in the building’s design.
