The former three-story Sears Building, located in downtown Sacramento, was converted into a four-story luxury apartment, office and restaurant complex. The ground floor consists of premier restaurants; the second floor, offices; and the third and fourth floors, 23 luxury residential lofts. The apartments feature 13-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and wood floors. The two-story units facing the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament have outdoor decks. The building also contains a hidden asset: a basement garage where tenants can park.
