The interior space of this medical office building was completely reconfigured for new use. The existing lateral force resisting system was updated to today’s earthquake standards. The wood framed interior bearing walls were moved and new openings were made in the solid walls for the new tenant improvement. The lobby was reconfigured for a more inviting warm feeling and the open covered entry was enclosed for weather protection and energy conservation.
