Central Station is a sleek, modern four-story above-grade structure located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Featuring long clear spans and stepped diaphragms to allow for seamless integration of floor finishes, this structure includes amenity spaces and terraces scattered throughout the ground and upper levels to encourage gathering and a sense of community. The crown jewel on this structure is the geometric art installation built onto the building’s façade, welcoming visitors and office workers.

The Office Building provides 121,715-SF of large-bay, open-floor office space and an underground parking below the full footprint. Miyamoto engineers incorporated structural steel framing with a special-moment-frame lateral-force-resisting system to maximize future flexibility and ensured that each sculpture on the art installation was given the necessary space for flexibility and adjustments.
