This project consists of a new single-multi-tenant industrial speculative facility located on a 29-acre site. The existing structure on the site was demolished and was redeveloped into a state-of-the-art, Class A, cross-dock distribution facility. The LEED-certified building includes 32’ clear height, 120 exterior dock doors, full-size truck courts and 175+ on-site trailer parking spaces. The facility was constructed of high-efficiency tilt wall panels providing an attractive, but low maintenance exterior.
