Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) requested a preliminary seismic evaluation of the three Greif facilities in Istanbul, Turkey. The main purpose of the task was to evaluate the seismic vulnerability of the structures in the facilities currently rented by Greif. The facilities consisted of different types of buildings such as precast, reinforced concrete and steel. Each building of the facility was evaluated per related checklists and 3-D models of the structures were built for linear analysis purposes to understand the overall behavior of the structural system and identify non-compliant items.
