LogistiCenter at I-80 is an industrial development comprised of four buildings totaling 695,750-SF. Located along the interstate just west of Reno, the site is a perfect location for distribution and warehousing with perfect access to California as well as locations east of Reno. It also has easy access to the north-south corridor along I-395. Each building is concrete tilt-up panels with long-span steel hybrid roofs and panelized sheathing for speed and ease of erection. The design team utilized Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the design stage to coordinate all aspects of the design in three dimensions before construction. The project started construction as a spec, but high-profi le retailers Patagonia and Masonite leased two of the buildings during construction.
