Also includes adjacent site work including a new quad area. Building features include exposed buckling restrained braced frames, exposed structural steel framing and dovetail metal deck at 2nd floor areas, wrap-around balcony walkway, a cast-in-place concrete and steel feature stair with pop up roof, perforated screen walls and metal sun shading walls.
