Mr. Siddhartha Rana’s beautiful residential building in Nepal stands three stories tall above ground, with a single-story basement underneath, as it watches over its lush garden of diverse flora and statues. Occupying a space of 38,534 square feet, Miyamoto Nepal was entrusted to design the structure for this massive home, which consists primarily of reinforced concrete cement. The foundation is a raft with pile provisions along the boundary. The lateral load resisting system is reinforced concrete special moment frame. Our design work also included analysis, cost estimation, detailed drawings, work detailing and construction supervision.
