The shopping mall included a 1.100+ vehicle parking lot, 3.000-sqm entertainment park and 36.000-sqm rentable shopping area. Neomarin shopping mall is located at the point where Kaynarca E5, Kurtköy-TEM, the Coast Road, the Railroad and the Marina intersect. The technical due diligence services included the design review, value engineering and budgetary cost investigation.
