The concrete tilt-up, on conventional continuous and isolated pad footings, is ideally located at Lamb Boulevard and I-15 at the northern tip of the Las Vegas Valley between Southern California, Arizona and Utah, a highly strategic location. The facility is part of a larger, visionary, 170-acre industrial park that helped Vegas emerge from the recession to an e-commerce hotspot. The warehouse employs about 1,000 people.
