This library is a 13,000 square foot replacement library for the Northridge community. The building is highlighted by a cantilevered, glazed clerestory and a completely open north façade, maximizing the use of natural lighting. These dramatic architectural statements are made possible by the use of structural steel moment frames throughout the building.
