In the spring of 2019, the Pat O’Brien Community and Aquatics Center opened to South Sacramento’s Vintage Park community. Its 13,000-SF Community Center includes a gymnasium/multi-purpose room, meeting rooms and event patio areas. The Aquatics Center features a “beach-entry” activity pool, a 25-meter, 10-lap competition pool and a children’s “spray play” water area. Other buildings on-site include an 850-SF office building, 1,750-SF restroom building, 1,500-SF pool building and a 6,500-SF corporate yard support facility.
