Phase 1 of the Fairway Business Park consists of nine buildings constructed as part of a 20-building project which includes 265,000 square feet of warehouse, office and light industrial space at an 18-acre site. Phase 1 features three dock-high structures from 20,000 to 31,000 square feet, four buildings from 8,000 to 10,000 square feet with approved outdoor storage and two multi-tenant buildings divisible down to 1,500 square feet. Designed by Andy Kjelberg of McArdle & Associates of Carlsbad, California, Fairway Business Park features concrete tilt-up construction and is generously landscaped, with on-site parking for 650 cars.
