Miyamoto designed a 2-story concrete tilt-up building of 48,025 SF on top of an existing landfill. The Porsche Experience Center is the first experience center to be built on the West Coast and will be the largest. This center will provide an innovative shopping experience along with race tracks designed to test a driver’s skill set. The experience center also will house famous Porsche race cars, a fitness center and restaurant.  The foundation is a driven pile system and slab-on-grade structurally reinforced concrete slab.
