The Redlands Logistic Center is a more than one million square-foot, LEED-Silver facility in Redlands, California. Originally planned as a speculative single- or multi-tenant industrial building, a tenant expressed interest in acquiring the entire Class-A building prior to ground breaking.  The design and construction of the facility incorporates a layout that suited the requirements of the firm purchasing the property upon its completion. Redlands Logistics Center is strategically positioned on a 50.54-acre site just one-half mile from Interstate 10, providing direct access to and from West Coast ports.
