Miyamoto International is collaborating with Steinberg Hart & Flint Builders on the new Career Education Complex for the San Jose Evergreen Community College District. This design-build project will include the construction of a new facility, renovation of an existing facility and associated site work. This new four-story facility, of approximately 85,000-SF, will house classrooms, computer labs, program-specific labs for skilled workers; medical, business and information disciplines; offices, student support spaces, social spaces and food service. Additionally, Building 200 will be renovated to improve its approximately 35,000-SF of classroom and industrial lab spaces. The two buildings will form one complex.
