Miyamoto Turkey conducted a technical due diligence study including design review and earthquake performance assessment. This building consisted of 22 floors, with an additional 7 floors of underground parking space. Tekfen Tower was a Class “A” office project developed in the Levent district on Büyükdere Street. The building, composed of 33.000-sqm of office space, became operational in October 2003.
