Containing a 56,000-SF warehouse and two 985-SF mechanical yards, this tenant improvement project at 3912 Calle Fortunada will modify the existing single-story tilt-up warehouse buildings for Tesla operations. Miyamoto’s engineers will provide the design for framing at new openings in existing tilt-up walls, framing for an exterior on-grade mechanical enclosure, and typical light-gauge interior partition wall details. Our scope includes the addition of approximately 15–20 HVAC roof-top units.
