The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge is the premier destination in the Valley for shopping, dining, and wellness. Located at the intersection of Ventura Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon Avenue, The Shops includes four buildings that cover a total area of 93,926 square feet. Among the retail tenants is a range of widely recognized names from L.A.’s iconic apparel and lifestyle brand Fred Segal to world-renowned eateries, such as SUGARFISH, UOVO, and HiHo Cheeseburger—the goal, to provide the Valley with a unique experience that combines the best in retail with the rustic spirit of the Lodge and its existing foliage and tree canopy. Miyamoto provided core and shell and tenant improvement services to convert the former meeting and convention space on the property into one suited for retail.
