Providing everything from gourmet dining and holistic wellness to boutique shopping and entertainment for the entire family, The Village sets itself apart as a gathering place where memories are created around the finer things in life.

Miyamoto was chosen to design the structural system of building 9, a two-story, 13,000-SF wood framed office building that serves as a signature feature of The Village. Prioritizing the tenant’s imagination and ability to transform the space into something truly theirs, the building’s floor plans contain minimal columns and no bearing walls to allow as much space as possible for the creative design of their interior spaces. We provided two full design packages on the same building to meet the architectural demands of the client, ensuring the dramatic, timeless style that pervades throughout The Village is also upheld by this structure.
