To improve the consistency of their customer service throughout their practices, UC Davis Health (UCDH) occupied this two-story, 68,000-SF concrete tilt-up building located on 10888 White Rock Rd. With the capacity to employ up to 350 workers at its maximum, UCDH acquired this structure to consolidate some of their administrative services in one location as the nucleus of their clinics. Miyamoto delivered this tenant improvement project in Rancho Cordova, CA, for our repeat client, UC Davis Health. Our engineers provided structural engineering services to improve the building’s performance by strengthening the roof structure, providing future flexibility within the space and retrofitting the building’s seismic system to meet the current building code. Our team successfully delivered this upgraded modern space for UCDH to enjoy for decades. The project delivery method was Design-Assist.
