Miyamoto is currently providing structural engineering services for this 235-unit residential and mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. The project consists of one level of underground parking, at-grade parking and an elevated podium with five levels of Type III residential on top. The site conditions are causing unbalanced sliding on the basement level; in response, Miyamoto is providing adequate resistance by using concrete walls in the foundation.
