Miyamoto provided structural engineering services for this new aquatic facility for West Covina Unified School District, at Edgewood High School. The occupied building space is approximately 5,200 square feet, with a total covered building area of approximately 6,500 square feet due to covered entry structures. The project also includes 9,000 square feet of shade canopies that function as thermal solar pool heating, full perimeter masonry wall fencing, and a 900-SF outdoor equipment storage building. The pool is a 50m Myrtha stainless steel pool.
