The multi-family residential community known as Zettie Miller’s Haven is named after a woman who worked in local schools and dedicated many years of service to her church, family and the community. Located on the campus of Unity Southern Baptist Church in Stockton, California, the project features four three-story, 82-unit wood-framed residential buildings connected by bridges and exterior walks and a new single-story wood-framed community building that is available to tenants for special events. Two of the residential buildings feature parking in the back on the ground-floor level, which is hidden by the residential units. The affordable housing project was built for elderly residents and people with special needs.
