Graduating from the top of his class, Eric Ramos is a highly motivated structural designer with exceptional management and leadership skills. His ability to motivate others and create an environment of camaraderie has helped the Drafting Department thrive. Under Eric’s supervision, drafters have learned to work well under pressure and exceed expectations. Eric is skilled in creating structural plans for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential buildings, for new construction and remodel projects. He is knowledgeable in drafting structural steel, conventional, precast, and tilt-up concrete, shop drawings and equipment supports. Eric is also an instructor of CAD courses at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, CA.
