Mark Broughton, P.E., is a Principal with Miyamoto’s global resilience practice, having joined the firm in 2010. He holds civil engineering licenses in California, Texas, Arizona, and Puerto Rico. Mark’s expertise spans seismic engineering, post-earthquake recovery, and large-scale structural assessments in disaster zones such as Turkey, Haiti, Afghanistan, and Morocco. Mark is currently manages the Puerto Rico office and his field experience, technical leadership, and ability to operate across cultures and systems make him a vital part of Miyamoto’s international work in humanitarian engineering and recovery operations.
