The Citrus Heights City Hall is being replaced with a building that will better meet the needs of the city. The new location positions the office within close proximity to the Police Service Center and the Community Center. At 35,000 SF, the new City Hall brings several agencies that previously occupied separate locations under one roof. Additionally, the new site provides a designated area for future expansion and is accented by decorative landscaping and a fountain. Towers at the front and back of the building stand tall compared to the rest of the building. These multiple roof heights add architectural appeal to the project. As design elements, they posed several challenges during the design process.
