Who is GSSI?
GSSI Structural Engineers was founded in 2003 in San Diego, California. The principals combine over 50 years of local structural engineering experience, completing over 900 projects. Having extensive experience in the military sector, GSSI Miyamoto will be working on DoD projects.

Bill Schell received his B.S. degree from U.C. Berkeley and M.S. degree in Structural Engineering from Northwestern University and has over 16 years of design experience. His experience includes, Military Educational, Industrial, Commercial, and Hotel/Casino Complexes. Mr. Schell has been the Engineer of Record and Project Manager of many large scale projects throughout California
