Congratulations to our client, Brouwerij West, on the recent Grand Opening of their Microbrewery and Tasting Room at the Port of Los Angeles in the City of San Pedro. The Brouwerij West team converted 120,000-square-foot of space in a former World War II-era Navy warehouse for their new flagship brewery. The tasting room’s retro strings of Edison bulbs provides a soft, warm glow against the polished concrete floors and the burnished stainless steel tanks, creating a space that is both intimate and open at the same time.
Brouwerij West is positioned to be a mecca for craft beer fans, offering on-site retail and production brewing. Owner Brian Mercer traveled the world as a “gypsy brewer” perfecting his Belgian beers before setting down roots in his hometown, San Pedro.
